She was very mono-toned; just cause you can't hear and see doesn't mean you can't talk. A baby can still cry and make noises that's deaf. Being mute is another story. Learning to speak while having those issues are infact hard but she learned by touching her teachers face and mouth to see how to move it and would practice until she got it.
How old are you btw? I mean you really never heard the story about Helen Keller? She's really quite remarkable x; Should read about her!

I couldn't give a crap whether people want to smoke any type of drug, it is their life to do with as they please.... but what is happening in this photo is just wrong in so many ways!
If you want to take drugs, do so away from your kids and don't take 'joke' photos of your baby with a bong!
