Once you've found a piece you like, since the names can differ from their PvE counterparts, go to a website like http://www.guildhead.com/ or http://www.gw2db.com/ and type in the name of the piece you've found in the locker. One of the tabs on those websites will show you all of items with the same model as the one you like. Im not sure why its already not in game. would be nice too, if you could filter Light-Med-Heavy armors while doing a search in the TP.

Well thanks for the tip as that worked out nicely. Unfortunately it made me even less motivated because I don't like most of the armor for Heavy. I am into the more generic traditional stuff I guess. Not so much these weird elaborate spikey monster evil or huge bulky rock/spaceman looking things. Really only like the Nobleman and Vigil set. And of course the Nobleman is dungeon set so I'm never going to farm for that. Also I'm Sylvari so I can't use the Human cultural armor. Blah  Trahearne, is that you?

I hate this ***.
The same Skill Point is broken. It's fixed upon server reset but it breaks so easily that by the time I get on GW2, it's broken again on the same day. This ***is retarded. edit: And I server jumped to every server yesterday. All of them are broken. I blame the Char. I even tried some EU servers til someone said all the EU ones were also broke. quick note, when u finish the last storyline mission u get 5 exotic loot bags that are meant to give u exotic items, it's still bugged as they're still only giving blue items :\

God, looking at how to make Legendary Weapons, I realized I'll prolly never get or make them myself.

and those are the easy ones especially since the best armor is karma armor! and that's like 60k~ or something per unit lol 42k karma per bit for the Orr vendor armor, doesn't take long to farm if u just stay in Straits for a while doing the 3-stage event over and over, especially if u use 50% karma boosters
I know how to make the karma, it's just a pain in the *** lol

Not to mention getting level 400 crafting professions.
It takes lots of time to do all this stuff. don't forget 500 dungeon tokens too. meh, dungeon tokens are cake.
now getting 500 badges of honor is a challenge if you don't spam each puzzle every day and if you're unable to kill anyone in WvW You doing WvW Volkom? I'm dancing at Blackgate hill while your side is trying to siege me to death
