Did some WvW this morning with the guild before classes started

Did anyone else get hacked? Figured I'd try GW2 again and found out that my password and e-mail, hell just about everything on my account got changed, and NCsoft doesn't seem too interested in helping me recover said account.
I finally 100%'d the world.
Finally...after 3 weeks...
And what do I get, besides Malchor's leap goodies?
Nothing.
Unless I did something wrong, (which I'm sure I did), Nothing.
From what people say who 100%'d, they got two click able chests... I only got one...

It took them 5 days to answer my ticket, just asking for the stuff i wrote them already, so i sent it all again, and after 3 more days i had my account back. So dont expect to see your account again for a few days
Yeah, volk. I asked gw2 reddit and they're like "go here, go there" basically go to places that might make it show up somehow.

k so, I just got 100% world map completion, I got 2 chests
1 for completing the last zone I needed
and 1 for the world completion.
eh now that they fixed alot of the bugged points i might go and finish a few maps/.

I'm 5% there! Next up, get my crafting to 400 or whatnot. After that, I think I can craft them with mats.

thought legendary components were account bound...
I thought so too but when I looked at the wiki, it's not.
Which is better because this means people can get the mats and pay someone to make them the weapons.

note: I've yet do anything regarding crafting yet so I'm not entirely sure. All I know is legendaries are soulbound on use instead of on aquire and that some of the mats to make them are also soulbound on use as well as able to sell them on TP. I'm not sure what I will actually need. I will make my *** axe tho. I want my *** axe.

well i just looked at my gift of exploration, says account bound :|
well yeah, some of the stuff you need to make the mats for the legendary are account bound / soulbound but what I'm talking about is, like, for my Frostfang, the 4 mats that make that up. Wiki shows them as not soulbound/account bound.
Gift of Exploration is a trophy, while what you need to make that frostfang are just materials (and the exotic weapon)
I mean it seems that all you need is give someone who has the two crafts capped, the 4 items and they can make the legendary. Like I said, I haven't yet made anything yet so I'm not entirely sure how it all works.

during chara creation, where do you obtain the mesmer/elementalist outfit they show off?
or, order of whispers outfit?

the armor shown in character creation is all tier 3 cultural i think
I'm sure you can get them from Karma dealers somewhere.
