so is there a kotor style story with addition of mmo raids, im really intrested now wow was awful because everytime i looked at it, it was just a little cartoon but it was fun to play at parts (even tho i never got past like lv 40), unlike tor that looks pretty nice of a similar athetic that ffxi posseses (realistic propotion and pleasing visuals) if it plays like wow that i gotta admit was pretty playable i just hated it lol. theres just one more thing are there like uber rare lightsaber xtals etc stuff like that might tickle my fancy i do like the epeen stuff i must admit.
The visuals are a bit cartoony but realistic at the same time, it's a strange balance.
I do enjoy this game as well, I never had any problems on tatooine other than random green lines stretching across the landscape coming off the med outpost towers. Oh and imperial agents make me rage hardcore in pvp :<
yeh its ALOT better than wow, humans with gorrila arms makes me wanna vomit blood. FFxi is hardly full on realism but japs and lucas seem to be able to do it better than blizzard(more money than god less brains than a mooose) whats monthly tarrif atm in £?

k started a 2nd char <smuggler> and it seems to stop at the end of the 1st cs. anyway of getting thru this? dosnt happen with any other class or mission/quest ive done on my Maurader
Could try reseting the quest form the quest menu. Esc key gets you out of the CS too if it has locked up (had that happen a few times where everyone was just kinda standing there.

The launch itself is actually really good all things considered. Of course there are bugs that need patching but it's no where near as bad as you make it out to be. As for the "grind fest", what MMO doesn't have some kind of grind? At the very least, it uses story/quests to break down most of the grind where in FFXI you have to kill 300 damselflies over and over without ever leaving a zone. The character development is more or less based on what dialogue choices YOU make. If you feel it's limited, then try breaking out of your shell.

the map for belsavis was so huge it was making me rage when i got to the deep wards :/
Edit: has anyone found any datacrons other than willpower? Lol I've gotten about 7 so far 1 aim 1 str and the rest have been willpower -.- I must just be unlucky. i've gotten all the datacrons on tython, coruscant, taris, and nar shaddaa, thats... 18
heh, i should start actively seaking them out, only been getting the ones i end up finding while roaming around. seen a few that i just couldnt be arsed to get cause they were table flip hard. there was one on (a planet who's name escapes me atm) that was up this rediculous hill, in which the only way i could get to it was to enter a duel with my other comando friend and use concussive charge to send eachother flying up the hill. ended up getting it and it was willpower ; ; .
when doing conversations with an NPC as a group, I noticed there is a number that appears when one clicks on their response, what does that mean?

Thats your lot for speaking, whoever wins is the one who's dialoge choice goes off and gets twice the social points.
And was beaten XD playing my IA into the light side....
i mean, if im a jerk and ***, it should dampen my intelligence gathering. above everything is the Empire! trying to become a sniper :x |
