Average Rudra's Storm Damage On DNC

i used dnc but rudra is ws THF sure u can crit with CM but ist useless spam rudra X2 OR X3 for SC lol on dnc use rudra with saber dance 300tp + CM and you can get good critical dmg with forced crit+ saber danse !!

Were those numbers the result of 300 TP and building? I've never seen those types of numbers while CF Rudra Rudra at 100% and I have a very decent WS set.

im lvling dnc now havent figure out how to use it on dnc yet. but on my thf i hit 5.5k+ in abyssea out 2.5K+ and thf's dont go to vw lol.

but from what im seeing thf can do more ta/sa/bull ws then dnc can iwth one move

You have to use it with Climactic Flourish with AF3+2 head, which forces it to go critical and boosts its damage by 20%.

I play both and am geared extremely well on both (my Twash is 90 also) and DNC will win in a pure DPS, most of the time. DNC's main ability to deal greater DPS comes from the AF3+2 body giving a ridiculous DW %, a higher tier of DW, and the ability to have 10% more JA haste at all times; It's almost not fair. That being said, in alot of situations where you can't JUST TP something to death, THF can hang close and even surpass it. THF offers other areas of expertise though, such as being a better EVA tank (thought not by a huge margin), having TH, hate control and is a far better puller. DNC can certainly shred stuff, but THF is some pretty hardcore DMG. I think people that haven't played either far undervalue their DMg potential. A good bit of this argument is relative to how well the player is geared and knows said jobs though.

Sidenote: DNCs stock in overall DPS went up a small percentage with the addition of Exenterator. They can now hang even tougher on THF without having to rely on force crits. (outside of course)
