how much ww skill do you need to repair lu-shang ?
in not talking the skill cap but the absolute minimum to try it
Since you cant lose the rod you can just toss a tons of light crystal on until it repairs.

Edit: Cap on it looks to be 80 WW so say around 74 - 76 would be ok to try.

8 lvls under cap on the synth, any lower then that and ud probably use a whole cluster just to fix it once, if ur lucky lol.
I leveled my woodworking to 72, and then did 72-80 repairing my lu while fishing up lik for my ebisu. I'd have some bad streaks at times where I'd lose 8 light crystals in a row on failed synths, but once you get around 74-75 off repairs the success rate gets a lot better.

The game will not let you do a synth that you are more than 10 levels under cap for. So, the absolute bare minimum to make the attempt is level 70.
