Anyone think this flu will turn out to be anything big? Wondering if I should deem myself screwed yet :)
They've stated 5 billion times you can't get it by eating pork...
Still waiting for that SAR's and that birdflu and that other disease that was supposed to be the 100 year epidamic.

... You can't get it by eating pork, or anything else for that matter. It's transmitted like the regular flu, by airborne droplets and what not.

I was wondering what effect this swine flu scare would have on beef production and consumption.
Even though articles and scientists clearly state (as should be OBVIOUS) that it can't be caught by eating pork, people have this weird knack for only reading the first parts of things, or selective news channel hearing.
