The smell was getting worse, so after I got off the airship, I took a bath at the beach. Had to dodge those damn bounty hunters though, I saw them assrape some other newbie a few minutes beforehand.
So yeah, my party flag is up...

I don't know what's worse, the fact that I had to ride the boat for another hour, or riding on the boat for another hour with another newbie whose asking me questions I don't know the answers to.

Woke up in town next to three Nomad Moogles. My Onion gear's full of sand from sleeping on the ground...
Tried talking to the Moogles they don't say much, but they have all my stuff...

After considering it, I want to become a Corsair, but I need to get a regular job to 30 first.
I figured THF would be a good start, even though daggers are ***. The gil I could make would help fund bullets and whatnot.

Checked out the AH, found a pretty nice Sword for Warrior.
Cost me all my gil, but it's gonna be so pimp!

After shouting for 2 hours, I got an answer from someone.
Apparently, it's a quest involving getting 6 key items in level 40 zones...all to use a level 14 sword.
Oh, and I have to wait until Japanese Midnight afterwards before it'll give it to me.

Well, going to that Galka's house wasn't a good idea. Turns out he is a cannibal, and tried to eat after tossing a bucket of hot sauce on me.
No gil, no gear, no dignity, only thing left is this sword I can't equip.

I took a break from the game for a day after dying. When I woke up there was a nice Taru who offered to share their Moghouse with me, since mine got taken over. It seems like things are looking up for me!

The nice Taru turned out to be the JP Onry Taru that is now carrying our love(less?) child. I decided to stay here because I don't have any gil for my own Rent-A-Room now and maybe she'll choose not to sue for child support if I stick around.
Although, I did "borrow" a few Beastmen Seals when she wasn't looking. BCNM anyone?

I had a serious sit-down with my JP onry friend, and through the use of Auto-Translate, I managed to tell her that I'd rather be on my own.
So now I'm back on the road, headed for Selbina to once again find a party. I managed to kick the ***out of some goblins on the way, giving me enough gil to buy food and cheap gear.
I did have a travel buddy though. A nice Galka, forgot his name though, something like Gigas.
