how does the online play work?

Can't do online play in this game without a Wii U. They have a app. on the Wii U eShop which likes you use it as a go between for online play with 3DS.

Yeah event one. 33 minutes with fully upgraded Brachy lance kinda surprised me a little.

HR grinding is so dull :(

Have to complete every offline quest according to wiki.

Well that shouldnt be hard, just got the fully upgraded Brachydios long sword. Between that and my soul rath set upgraded with heavy armor spheres, i should be golden. Still need to get off my *** and farm up G ranked Rathalos and Azure Rathalos to build a new, better armor set.

Hallowed Jhen is unlocked by killing/capturing one of every monster in the game, not counting Lucent Nargacuga or Abyssal Lagiacrus, but it does include killing Alatreon.

Alatreon is unlocked by finishing every village quest including Mark of a Hero.

Does the elder dragon offline guild quests work in multiple battles (repel until you kill) like mhf2 used to? i know tri didnt but that was online guild only.
