Tyrian 2000 Weapons Data?

im going though a oldschool face so im playing alot of games from when i was kid in dosbox.

now i got tyrian 2000 ( its now freeware so go grab it fast.)
however i want to look more into maximizing my ship build and starting to get curios on the weapons actually data exact dmg/firegrate/dps etc. etc.

I've come across a lot of contradiction from ppl on what it beast
one saying the sidearm bomber ship is goodlike dps wise and another saying avoid is as the plaque.

so anyone know wherto get some exact data on these ?

so far using in full game:
front weapon : laser (the constant one)
rear weapon : mega pulse ( im in doubt between this and sonic)
Special : SDF maingun
left sidearm : Plasmastorm
Right sidearm: BattleShip-Class Firebomb
