Thats one sexy special edition. Even though I have the original special edition and have no plans to play it on ps3,I'm gonna buy that because it is pretty damn sexy.
Edit because people cant read: You DO NOT have to rebuy the game if you already own the 1.0 pc versions. The 2.0 ARR client will be a free download on pc for those people.

I still have the original FFXIV and believe it or not, I didn't hate completely. Music and environments were pretty amazing to be honest, but my PC would cap the processor like 20minutes with the game running (Even on something benign like the title screen) and eventually start running single-digit FPS.
Still, I think I'll banner up in TESO, despite that games terrible character models. As a huge Elder Scrolls fan there have been places I've wanted to see in a visually fulfilling way, that haven't been explored in a primary game yet. Namely Morrowind's mainland areas (Ebonhart, Narsis, Necrom, Blacklight, Tear) and Winterhold before it got buttfucked into the ocean.
I'm looking forward to giving 2.0 another shot.

No idea about the early part,but its probably like the original XIV special edition. You got something like 10 days access early.

I remember that being thrown around a lot in those 10 days.
I'll give it another shot, though. The beta has been fairly good so far.
I may try it since I bought the game a long time ago and quit after the free 30 day trial. It really better be a complete 180 turn around with some seriously renovated stuff to even bare a chance for me.
I even cancelled and wanted nothing to do with legacy... as if I wanted my name in the credits on that garbage.
TESO will likely grab me well before a resub of XIV would though. Can't wait for TESO :O

Holy ***that looks cool. If you look closely though its more like armour/shielding for achocobo. Hence the metal look + feathers out the back

i for one really enjoyed 14. Hamlet was fun, questing was fun, solo levelig at a good pace hell even crafting was made bearable. I for one will move back to 14 once the game is available. XI is dead, boring, and tbh not even a challenge no more. At least in 14 i enjoyed roaming and exploring. Here meh. Here is hoping for an even sooner release lol.
