i never had chat on anyways, but the runners themselves aren't even entertaining anymore.
The only time I ever watched the chat was last year the thing with dansgaming cross dresser emote was hilarious

I really hope that MGS3 runner gets a good break soon. He did a run of MGS2 last year (or the year before?) and that didn't go much smoother.
I think he may just have stage fright, and that run of MGS2 probably psyched him out.

That Bloodborne run was amazing. Dark Souls 3 was pretty good as well, whenever it was boss fight time. Bosses being deleted gives me life.
Shame GDQ is totally losing steam.

No one really said it was losing steam, people are still going to donate, it is charity, afterall. And the prizes get more plentiful each time, so there's that.
But the quality certainly isn't improving.
And the games were less appealing than usual (I only watched maybe 20 hours total this time) There were no big indie hits this time. No great looking obscure titles. The only one I can think of was hollow knight.
That doesn't mean it wasn't a good event, bloodborn was amazing indeed. The races were all great.
Previous events had "what game are you looking forward to" this one had nothing I was particularly interested in until andy vs cristosowen but I can watch andy basically any day of the week on his own channel.
