Geo Bubbles Lag

Modded the bubbles and indis to remove some of the over the top effects, hoping it will help with lag issues. Can anyone check them if they normally lag with the bubbles active and tell me if it helps?

The original files are also in the zip to change back after if you want. To install just drag the ROM folder from the mod to the Final fantasy xi folder to overwrite the files

Hmm I must test this I run 4 chars on one pc never lag with bubbles

Have indi haste and Geo mind up seems to work just fine

Edit: one of my characters crashed shortly after not sure it was the mod was another character in another zone ill keep testing it

I removed the cloud effect around the bubbles and many of the more garish effects, main goal being to fix lag problems some were having.

Did you ever lag much using normal bubbles while tri-boxing?

Normally have 6 people if not more logged in,Only time ive ever had any lag issues is when im doing quetz during events and theirs 30+ people killing it.Other then that i dont get much lag at all,I do get some here and there while im running threw zones but it just seems random, I want to run the dgvoodoo(?) but last time i tried it it made me lag just standing in town.

But to answer your question,Not really unless ive got 4 or more around me,I run at 60 FPS but if i lock it back down to 30 FPS it seems to be fine,Ill try it this way see if it helps
