Earlier this evening he lost his fight with terminal cancer. He was responsible for a large amount of influential journalism regarding PC gaming in the early to mid 2010s.

Absolutely horrible to see him go, I remember watching his "WTF is..." series years ago like it was yesterday. He will be missed. RIP
Genuinely sad over his passing. He was massively influential in shaping my views and ability to think more critically about games and in general.
I dabble in SC2 on the side, and he certainly had the voice to deliver commentary and draw people in during the games. I will sincerely miss him.
Only really followed his starcraft 2 work but he was an awesome guy, very sad to hear. Shoutcraft Kings was one of my favorites ;;
