Out of curiosity, how are we determining what the maximum values are? Just guess-work? no he will straight tell u the max when u trade. if u have nq it shows rank 15, +1 shows rank 20 and +2 shows rank 25.
those are the capped ranks also for eahc quality
I must've missed that when I traded him my Bagua Charm +2.
GEO is MP+X, Luopan duration +X%, Luopan: Absorbs damage taken +X% if someone wanted to add that to the wiki.

Like seriously what is the reason for not allowing special traits to trigger on offhand? What the ***? It's poor game design, since it effectively forces players to stick with the highest damage potential weapons instead of allowing for utility off-hands, which is an option which seems better suited for FFXI's design philosophies

If that were Indi duration sure, but Luopan duration, waaat? If you have *** tons of regen you can keep a bubble alive for quite some time before it despawns. Maybe it's an extension of that?

Gonna guess and say it extends the 10-minute despawn disappear timer into an 11-minute timer or w/e
not mega totally useful considering how people use BoG but can be nice I guess

Someone just informed me that MP+50, Luopan duration +25%, Luopan: Absorbs damage taken +10% are the max GEO augments on the charm.

That would be silly, since no content would allow you to realistically do that, unless you're using a bubble out of aoe range (refresh or dps-wise). I swear half of this ***is mitranslated and will be adjusted very soon. The MNK neck incorrectly says "MND+15" but I can't figure out what the *** that stat is actually for. Cannot be Chi Blast, it's limited to non-boost functionality. I can't concur with that ***.

If the luopon ABSORBS damage 10% of the time, 10 minute lupons can be pretty common.

I guess it's cool, still overall even with these augments the GEO neck still doesn't sound particularly appealing to me, unlike a plethora of other necks which range from "hot" to "omg I just creamed my pants".

So odd thing... think they broke cor roll +.. havent tried anything other than regal necklace, but when i roll myself an 11 on bolters its giving me 20% move speed. So yea.. thats a thing ; ; anyone else?

Not that you don't know this, but just to make it clear before idiot shouts DO start rolling in (and yeah, I wouldn't doubt it)... We're talking about +1 rolls over existing Regal Neck COR, since Rostam is assuredly not going to stack with neck (just like the rings don't), and longer duration rolls. I mean, it's certainly nice. But it's not that game changing. +1 to rolls is, for example:
Chaos Roll: Attack +3.12% (32/1024)
Samurai Roll: STP+4
Hunter's: Acc+5
Fighter's/Rogue's: DA/CritRate +1%
Relatively small gains never stopped people from paying stupid prices in the past though, or thinking it's "required" for a shot. I'm sure people won't start acting reasonably now.

That's actually acceptable. It's IRRITATING that it dilutes the pool of gear, but that's actually way better than *** 10k gil.
If the rate is "good" never a reason to ever do HTB again. You can bang out... a hundred? UNMs without having to go recollect merits pretty fast.

FYI - Oboro only lets you see weapons if you have a job that has either an AG/119 III (aeonic/ergon) and is master. So i have Lionheart Master RUN, so I get the view option for Aeonics(I got the option on my non-master nonRMEA BRD). You basically just need to have 1 job that is master and has a weapon in that field to see all of the RMEA field options. Some people are reporting they have AG weapons but don't get the option to view the list, and it's because they don't have a mastered job who can use an AG weapon from that weapon type.

Augments on weapons have always been server side, but we do have a list of all potential augments in the game. I will make a note on the BGWiki page listing all new Augments.
The new augments might not be in the .DATs at all, and there is no way to associate them with each weapon via the .DATs. Unless SE straight up tells us what is on each weapon, we will need to use our best guesses based on the Scythe pictures they have already released.
