What is your favorite buff/debuff to use (blu spells only)? make sure to tell us why.

Barrier Tusk/Filamented hold

breaking dt barriers and you just cant beat slow

Occultation - blink is not a shadow, but still extremely useful
Subduction - That gravity is just OP. Mobs hit by this almost don't move. Helped me greatly on last vagary, when I was trioboxing it for mule and I hit corses and then that headless NM with it and I could easily separate them and finish corses while NM was taking sweet time on the horizon, closing the distance to me at turtle speed.

Mighty Guard has to make this list. But choosing it feels like cheating.
Besides just self-capping your haste, its MDB, Def and Regen are underappreciated, I feel. It's easily the biggest contributor to the way that BLU is so good at soloing so many things.

But beside MG, my favorite niche buff spell has to be Saline coat. MDB+50 (decays over time) is really strong. Practically required for anything that casts strong magic. Just be sure to reapply often and before it wears off.
