Spamming CDC as BLU was first 'real' attempt at DD'ing and I was successful with the following priority:

I aim for crit hit rate first, then DEX, then crit-hit damage, but the last 2 can be reversed if you happen to get great augments, I suppose. (Since WSD affects only the first hit, that won't matter as much for CDC spam, but I'm sure you already know this).

just check out the BLU guide, i think it hasn't changed much in terms of CDC sets.

click the BLU guide link, press control + f then type "BLU CDC Dream-Tier" without the " and press the arrow down on the appearing search bar.
it offers different tiers of CDC sets so you should find your answer. only thing i couldn't find in that guide is the ambuscade cape augument. i'd suggest to go for crit dmg on that one simply cause that stat is harder to come by than crit hit rate.

Crit Damage is not a possible Ambuscade cape augment, that piece would likely be best as Dex 30, Acc/Att 20, Crit Hit Rate 10%.
