Do You Know It? Assholes At Work And Bad Days

Hey guys. Do you know that.
You have someone on work you realy dont like and you must see him/her everyday. Thats so *** stupid. The customers are stupid to and every else is going wrong the hole day.

ATM i am in such a situation. Everything goes wrong since 1 week and at work all customers are ***.

What is your tip to come down? I am so down atm and yould kill everything in my radius around me.

And the work is good. But one person here is my death. Lol
Dont wanna change my work (btw i have a very cute girl next to me on my place, so i cant leave my work ^^)

Ignore them. Or try poking them back possibily even litterally. Customers are always gunna be ***. Not all of them but more than enough. Be like the guys on Clerks. Turn frustrations on your part to frustration on theres.

Just gotta deal with it really. It's what you get paid to do and it's part of the job. It's not like you can go to your boss and ask for an exchange in customers.

Realize that you can't control every situation, and you're just getting worked up over something that's probably just left to rationalizing to triviality.

All emotions are just chemical reactions. There's no need to stress over insignificant little things that ultimately mean nothing. It's just another day.

If it's appointment based system, you could arrange that specific customer to be assisted with another co-worker.
(just make sure it's not on your best buddy).
Other than that, nothing much I can help other than hang in there.
Just realize that where ever you go, you're bound to bump into ***.
Work or away (even at home, that phone never stops ringing >.>)

Yesterday was a funny situation. A customer (workless) was here and want his social money. I cant pay it out because he dont have a pasport to legimate him. He sayed such things like ***, Stricher (German word ^^) and son of a *** to me.
I wanna punch him in his face for that. But i have to controll myself. Sometimes i ask myself why are there such BIG *** in the world.

There should be a "Big *** Bomb" that kill them all with one strke. lol

Just remember they're never worth your job. It may feel good to punch him in the face, for a minute or two, but when the smoke clears and you realize the trouble you've gotten yourself in, you'd wish you hadn't.

Just try to relax and keep you cool and always keep in mind, whether he gets that money or not, you're still getting paid.

Why punch them in the face when you can just make it clear they are not wanted and get them to leave on there own

All i can say about the customer. No matter what job you have even if your a elite CEO your going to have *** customers your trying to work with or sell something to. Just ignore it because most of the time it will come back to bite them in the ***.

put a fish or 2 in your co-worker's mailbox

lol that with the fish is a cool idea. Some more ideas? lol

Leave the coworker in question a little... gift... each day. Whether it be in his/her mailbox, desk, car, whatever. Just make sure to not get caught, you don't want to get in trouble over it. Be creative.

As for customers, just remember, there are a bunch of *** in the world. Don't let them get to you. Some people are just a lost cause, so don't waste your time trying to stoop to their level. And I don't care what they say, the customer isn't always right.

Although it wasn't my first intention, I dodged a horrible coworker by switching my schedule completely. Coworker just happens to be the GENERAL MANAGER, and because upper management operates on 'derrrrrrrrrrherrrrrr'. Seperating myself from the vicinity of her actually allows me to do my job better now.



As far as customers, just smile smile when they want something, and make funny faces at them when they aren't looking.

Sadly I can't actually do anything TO the customers, but that's probably a good thing, yknow?! Some of us wouldn't have jobs if we could throw chairs at them. ;)

i am working at a bank. And there the customers think we are Bimbos and do everything for them. But they are wrong!!!
Throwing chairs would be great. But our chairs are very heavy. lol.
Hmm maybe it would work if i kick them under my table. And if they ask what that was i just do like nothing is heapened. lol

usually when dealing with *** co-workers, just smile and laugh. The more you do it, the obvious it will be to them that they can't get to you. As for the customers, you have no control over them.. I repeat, YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM! The best you can do is just tickle their fancy and smile, they'll go away knowing that SOMEONE out there in the work force isn't an *** ;)

I think this was from a t.v. show or a movie, but you can try saying "Have a nice day! :D" to them when to you it means "F??? you a??????!:D!". When people are acting like an a?????? it is usually misplaced anger at something else and they are trying to get you upset. Just respond with a smile and kind words (as above they can mean the opposite to you) and they'll either pick up on your positive (maybe) or get irritated (satisfying?). Either way you've done nothing wrong, and that cute girl won't think you are scary or immature for keeping a cool head instead of acting out violently or playing childish pranks. Remember it's the real world and there are real and sometimes painful or expensive consequences.

The customers in a bank want a lot of extras. As bank clark you have to do a lot for them. And if you dont do it you get a kick in your balls from them.
PPL who dont work and get theyr money from our german state are the badest.
We dont earn something from them but they always want a special.
I hate them...

oh, you're in Germany? Yeah, people over there are always pissed. Like I said, best you can do is not let them get to you.

"Tot ziens, ik hoop je hevt een prettig dag" or some ***like that.

What is the coworker doing exactly? If it's something that could maybe get them fired, video tape them or have proof of them doing something questionable. I see you live in Germany, and I'm not sure how your laws work, but here you don't have to put up with a coworker that's harassing you.

Hmm my coworker is just stupid and makes a lot of mistakes. He is as long as i at these bank and knows so much like someone who is working 1 month here.
And he cant do things alone. He is just stupid.
Or other thing is, we all wanna open a window for fresh air. And he shut it down because he things its to loud outside.

Or if i am going out to smoke i normaly let the door opened so i can come fast in if a customer is comming. He shuts the door behind me and said: the smoke is comming in and than i cant breath enough.

BTW he is 33 Years old and i am 22. And i am a lot older from my mind than he ever can be. lol
