This is why, even the owner does not have ownership of a photo. If details were posted, it would be a whole different ballpark. But, not photos.

Basically, If that dude posted it (how else did it get on the net in the first place) Unless he specifily has on the photo that it cant be re-used. He forfieted all rights.
