The comments made were from before yesterday and he isn't able to make comments or post. So technically he is banned from the forum but not from entire site. Meaning he can only see/edit his profile and avy.
Oddly enough he commented on my chara and a pic of mine, nothing related to w/e just idle threats, so I erased em.
as to the question being if Vigor is the one Suing, it has not been said its him, but after seeing his.... material, we all assume so?

Ok on my browser that msg scrolled all the way. i had to scroll so far across to screen to read it. I think the person who typed it needs to learn paragraphs, and i dont mean Scragg. lol, im getting a headache from trying to move my cursor that far.
