So yeah, I don't know about anyone else but it's finals week for me. I figured like... 30min ago that I should probably work on my Final Project that's due at midnight. Anyway, with that said... apparently this is my Project.

How are you guys handling finals, assuming you have them now/soon, etc?

I have supreme school luck skillz in most areas.

For my online psych class my final was "cancelled" because we showed "exemplary knowledge of book materials" and he didnt think it was necessary but we could do it if we wanted extra credit.

My microbiology teacher also said we didnt have to take our final if we were happy with our grades. He was only going to take our top 3 best grades and average them together. I looked at his final and decided to go with my B.

The only final Im currently worried about is my physiology final because...that teacher is just insane. Caiyuo has heard my complain about him one too many times. My current grade is a 69% and Ill get kicked out of my nursing program if I dont have a C, so Im flailing about. However I've heard he's doing a huge curve and adding like 100 points to everybodies grades..which could actually shoot me up to an 80% or so but still with the final..blaaah. Not looking forward to it at all.

Ive already looked up 25 pages worth of practice questions using the books website and I have my book and my parents are literally taking the day off to help me during the test (its online, god help me that the electricity/internet doesnt go down) as both are medical careersy people.

I haven't studied >.> and I'll be going to class in a few min.

Just finished 1/5 Finals this morning.

Got 2 on Friday, 1 on Sat, 1 on next Weds.....

I have one this thurs. but I think I'll be alright on it.

Info Security and Networking both on Thursday, one after the other. Christ, I'm gonna need a drink after that.

Intermediate Accounting, right after that is Principles of Management....

...Sat's final is Art Appreication....god thats a waste of a good 30 minutes. 10 to walk there, 10 to take it, 10 to walk back -.-

Next Wed's final is Chemistry. With possibly the worst professor I have ever had, and he expects me (a triple business major, who also happens to be a senior) to switch to Chemistry major right now!

I feel your pain. I still have to create a marketing plan for "Doritos" in one class and write a 12 page minimum current issues paper about change in workplace demographics for another. Than next week finals. At least I'm not suffering alone.

Aye, finals week here is next week and the rush is on. I have 2 shortish papers to write (10-20pp)and 3 essay tests, which shouldn't be too hard: Intro to Linguistics, Seminar in 17th Century Lit (lame), and Islam and Nationalism in the Modern World. I think the biggest pain in the *** for me atm is putting my own students' final together, and grading their last essay and rewrite, English 101 ftl ; ;

I just did a math final today ... I don't think my movie class has a final ('cept maybe watching a movie lol)

I'm more worried about the math though cause I took it once already and failed cause of a dumb *** teacher.

Can't afford to fail it twice.

HEY GUYS, I sympathize with all of you! I just finished the final round of last exams, I'm going through the "end of semester projects" between 3rd exam and finals.... went to bed 2-3 AM 4 nights in a row :/

Biostatistics this coming Monday
Biochemistry (SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD) this Tuesday
Mammalian Physiology (ok hard) this Friday

And then a Music and Film online final due that Friday as well, but I've yet to turn in a paper that was due last Thursday and I had received an extension for. :/

Hahah Yeah, Final Exams for me this week, not fun. Even though I don't study and never have and still have a 4.21 GPA. Good Luck to all of you that stress over it. Study Hard!

I have 2 finals in English, but one of them is online, so it'll be easy. The other English final is over Melville (Moby-***), Dickinsen, Whitman, Thoreau, Poe, and Hawthorne. I'm crabby over that one because all those authors wrote so much that the exam is going to be packed full of huge masses of crap and whale blubber. No joke.
Then I have one more exam, it's in German. Reading/comprehension over things written in German as well as a couple of grammar rules. Those are all next week, though, so I have one more week to scramble around trying to blabber at people in German first. (May I take this opportunity to apologize in advance to my ls mates if I start trying to translate everything you say on the ls into German ;;)

I should have finished with Arts while I was in Japan, but I never got anything good on the lottery drawing for order in classes (365/450 first semester, 428/432 in second semester) so I couldn't take an art course.

Chemistry is lol. Its easy if I had ANY other professor, but since mine (first time teaching, we are his first class -.-) thinks that we all should be chem majors, he treats it like a senior level chem course.

Like hell if I know the chemical makeup of DNA. I barely know what H2O stands for.

i get finals next week >< only a few classes actuly have tests, like math and "Operating systems", that's 2/5 classes with tests YAY

so is IT, but there are some majors that are just not useful, and they got cut MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

8( water is actually pretty fascinating. If you understand the basics of why water is the way it is it tends to make all those biology courses much easier to understand.

Except my chemistry "professor" sucked ***.

We were supposed to get to chapter 13 in the book by the end of the semester.

We got to chapter 6 last week, which isn't included in the final lol....

I so let him have it for the student evaluations. Good thing he won't see it until after he submits my F. Of course, everyone in my class who stayed (more than half the class dropped his class, I couldn't cause I don't have the hours to give up, and really need to pass with a D in order to not have to take it again, bye bye 3.2 GPA -.-) probably failed anyway.
