I'm not crazy about Penn, but I honestly don't see Diego winning this. Cardio or not, I expect Penn to put a beating on him long before cardio becomes an issue in the fight. I also think Diego's a little over-rated, but also kind of a weird guy and seems like he relies on convincing himself he's a badass in some of his fights. lol

I'd like to see Cheick Kongo beat Mir because he seems like he's so capable physically, but I'm imagine your call with a submission is probably a safe bet. His legs are far too skinny to not topple over at the first sign of a takedown. lolol Kongo's chest reminds me of *** Optimus Prime's headlights as a Semi-truck, though, such a beast.

Do you see that ***? Those *** are inappropriate.

i promised myself to NEVER! bet against penn @155 sure @170 GSP is to much because of his size and probaly hurt BJs image a little but i have always been a nightmare fan, in the stand up between these guys is pretty close bj has very nice boxing but so does sanchez, i dont see a knockout happening here, and this is a 5 round fight im sorry no way no how bj has it in him to stand with sanchez for that long, you gota remember sanchez dont just bring it HE BRINGS IT!!! right from the start.

We'll have to see but with both of their striking skills I can't imagine it going 5-rounds unless they're both super conservative or try to wear each other down for the first two or so rounds, but I'd foresee Penn being more dangerous with his Jiu-jitsu in that case as well.

If i had to guess, I'd say BJ is going to take this one. He's close to unbeatable @ 155, his submission game and striking are completely sick. I think it may be closer than some people anticipate. I really can't stand sanchez, he sounds like he swallowed a dozen new-age self-help books and is regurgitating the sentences at random. Despite that, he's got a LOT of heart, and a lot of cardio to match. He's got black-belt level ju-jitsu, so though he may be outmatched by penn, it's not like he's gonna be blown out of the water. Though I'd pick BJ to win, i wouldn't be all that surprised to see Sanchez take it.

Against all odds and reason, i am going to pick Kongo over mir. I'm not even gonna attempt to defend that choice...

ahaha, that's exactly how I feel, regardless of his talent I just can't get behind some fighters (cant find a less-gay way to word that). In that same way I'll usually never bet against Couture just becomes he's awesome and the best real-life replacement for Captain America ever.

With that said, I just found this and he's a dead ringer. lol Oh god, if he fights Lyoto I'm gonna lose it ...

I'd almost bet BJ wins by submission early in the second round.

BJ penn *** sanches up badly. No doubt sanches wanted to keep goin but all 5 rounds BJ just ***on sanches. I dont even know how many takedown attempts on sanches part but not a single 1 succesful. As for Mir vs Congo, well at least we know Mir can backup his trash talk :D

yep, BJ controlled that whole fight. I knew from the first round after Sanchez charged & BJ put him in his place that he'd be leaving w/ his belt.

Sanches started to look scared after the first 2 punches rocked him. lol, I give Diego props for surviving everything BJ landed on him. No one else woulda been able to last like that imo

Wow. Wasn't close at all like i thought it would be. Wrong on both counts i guess.

Still, rarely have i enjoyed being wrong so much.
