In PSU Sega JP only gave JP clients the content.

Have the people doing the english patch said anything or still trying to unlock it all?

also PSO and PSU were global so im assuming that will be the case

i have a char in the JP version but its lvl 2 and i havent bothered since the japanese only text bothers me more than i thought it would

I'm level 33 here in JP version and can't understand it lololol. But I use bumped.org to translate for me.

I think I got to level 4 before I gave up :p I just struggle with remembering what is what and where it is ... I'll just wait for the NA/EU release.

I just hope the JP version adds english on it's side or I'm going to be having 2 characters XD!

sweet this kinda made the decision about getting a vita or not, just gonna wait until it price drops since all the titles atm suck hard.

gravity rush isnt bad but its a bit different

The boss in Tundra is very evil. Without a tank he is going to drop you. He has a young sibling with him then the actual boss enters battle after a certain time limit. The real boss is really fast and pretty large. Hard to stay alive without someone to parry him.

I just got back in the house but unless they do it globally where all the regions are on one server (similiar to how FFXI is) then I might just stay on JP server...or play both but JP server a tad more....


My reason?
Well those who played PSU and was very close with PSO-World are very familiar with fail of US PSU when it came to updates...


JP server would get X updates.......oppose to US getting the event in an orderly fashion we'd literally get ~6+ months later......by then JP would of had ~2 updates/event since then and the cycle repeats.....


Not to mention (although not a huge deal) there where quite a Good number of excellent weapons that was only obtainable through JP PC.



Plus unless they start IP Banning people outside Japan or ban if those who use the English Patch (when it's done) then I'll probably stay on JP....


After all in the JP launcher there's a language setting....it only has Japanese but that fact that it has the option would give me hope they plan to have the english version of the game...through the JP client....

Sega knows there is english people.

My Shooter Mag turned into a Drill mag which collapses mobs. Also it's got a new Photon Blast which does Mortar instead of direct shots.

Oh how I wish I had more time to play this :<

How are people able to play this with everything in japanese? Really missing out on content and story.

not many people care about the story and even so PSO's story was pretty weak imo so not missing much maybe
